This policy describes your right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract (right of withdrawal), how to return Products, and how we process refunds. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, the mandatory rules of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Finnish consumer law (Kuluttajansuojalaki) apply; this policy is intended to comply with those rules and to give you clear information about returns and refunds.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party you designate (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by letter, email, or via a form on our Website). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission or any other clear statement. Our contact details are set out in section 1 above. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired. If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We are not responsible for the goods in transit when you return them; we recommend that you use a trackable delivery service and keep proof of posting.

Exemptions from the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed capsules that have been opened). If the Product you purchased falls under such an exception, we will inform you clearly before or at the time of order. For other types of contracts (e.g. services), different rules may apply; we will inform you in the relevant product or order information.

3. Conditions for returning goods

When exercising your right of withdrawal or when returning goods under this policy:

4. Refunds

Subject to the conditions in this policy and in applicable law:

5. Faulty or non-conforming goods

If the Product you received is faulty, damaged, or does not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product or quantity), you have rights under applicable consumer law (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund). Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask you to provide photos or other evidence. Where the goods are faulty or not as described, we will typically arrange for their return at our cost and will refund or replace in accordance with the law. This is without prejudice to your statutory rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and the EU Consumer Sales Directive.

6. Returns from outside the EU/EEA

If you are located outside the European Union or European Economic Area, your right to return or withdraw may be different under your local law. We will handle returns and refunds in line with these Terms and our general policy where applicable, and in accordance with any mandatory local consumer rights. Contact us for the exact return address and any additional instructions (e.g. customs forms) if you are returning from outside Finland.

7. How to contact us for a return or refund

To start a return or to notify us of your withdrawal:

Please keep proof of your return (e.g. postage receipt and tracking number) until your refund has been processed.

8. Changes to this Return Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when we make changes. For existing orders, the version of the Return Policy in effect at the time of the order applies, unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
